0. Overview // High-Level Strategy

In this module, we take a 10,000 feet view of the program and the strategy we'll be executing. We also dive into something that is often overlooked in property investing: mindset. 

1. Onboarding

We want to get cracking with creating your website ASAP but we need a few details from you first. Simply click the button below to schedule your onboarding call (if you have not already done so).

2. Identify Your Goldmine Area

If you haven't decided on an investing area yet, it's time to go through our Guerrilla Property Goldmine (GPG) program. You can access GPG via the button below.

If you already know what area you're going to target then skip this step and proceed to the next step.

3. Proof Of Concept

Now that you've identified your goldmine area, it's important to test whether you've made a good choice. Before you invest in paid ads, it is recommended to test the market in your area with some no/low-cost marketing. This is also helpful if you're new and you'll be able to hone your skills on free leads before scaling up with paid leads.

If you're absolutely certain of your area choice then proceed to the next step.

4. Content Creation

If we are creating your content for you then you can skip to the next step.

5. Domain Name Selection

It's time to take your site live! This section will take you through how to select the best domain name for your business and ensure you don't conflict with existing businesses. 

Note that if you want to use a non-geographic name in case you want to change your goldmine area, that's fine too.

6. Site Operation

Once we've created your site for you, you'll want to know how to use the many useful functions it's capable of.

7. Motivated Sellers

Once the leads are flowing in -- be it from online or offline marketing -- you need to be able to know how to talk to sellers.

We've created an advanced methodology, a script and associated forms that you can use to guide you and send your conversion rates through the roof.

Once you've locked in a price with a seller, you need to decide what kind of deal it's going to be. In this section, we look at how to decide what to do with each property you source based on certain criteria.
