WEBSITES

Where your subscription includes a website, your subscription includes full use of our advanced proprietary platform to create and edit your website, plus fast hosting and unlimited technical support for your website. Your website will remain active as long as your subscription is up to date; if your subscription is not kept up to date, access to your site will be suspended after a 14 day grace period. If your subscription is not brought up to date within two months after that, your website may be deleted and become un-recoverable. 

DOMAIN NAME

Where your subscription includes a website, you also have a free .co.uk domain name. If you wish, you can still use a domain name that you own and we will configure that for you. If you cancel our service, you are welcome to transfer the free domain name to a service of your choice but you will be responsible for payment from then on.

EMAIL HOSTING

Where your subscription includes a website, it includes a website and many other features, including newsletter functionality and live chat. However, email hosting is not included. We can set up email forwarding for you so that emails sent to you@yourdomain.co.uk get forwarded to your private email address. Most people find this sufficient, especially at their early stages of their business, but if you want to be able to send from your email address, then you may either purchase reasonably priced email hosting via ourselves, or use GSuite, which is a very flexible and affordable email solution from Google.

TENANT BUYER LEADS

All sales are final, except in the case where the phone number does not connect or if it's a wrong number. If this happens, simply contact us at support [at] property-investment-blueprint.com and once we confirm that the number is wrong, we will refund you in full (or supply a replacement lead if you prefer).

DONE FOR YOU WEBSITE SETUP

We regret that refunds for this service cannot be given after the work on creating your website has commenced.

EMAIL SUPPORT

We offer "unlimited" email / chat support with our Guerrilla Property Membership. This is within reason. We will deal with up to 5 questions per membership per week. These must be on topics related to our course content in the member area. We can provide support in doing due diligence on your deals, but we cannot do due diligence for you. 

DUE DILIGENCE

Where we provide support in your due diligence, you agree to indemnify us against any and all damages and or losses losses that you sustain as a result of following our advice. Our advice is given for educational purposes only, and you should always do your own due diligence on any investment or project that you wish to undertake.

CANCELATION

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support [at] propertyinvestmentblueprint.com. Although at the time of writing we have never done so, we reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time for any reason. 

FREE TRIAL

Anyone purchasing our Property Investment Hacking book or our Guerrilla Property Marketing, Deals On Demand, Rent to Rent Deal Generator or Guerrilla Deal Packaging programs, automatically has a free trial (14 day trial for the free book, 30 days for the other products) of our Guerrilla Property Investing membership (which includes access to training, a website to promote your business and a private Facebook group). After the free trial period, you will be automatically billed the price stated at checkout per month until you cancel, which you can do at any time by emailing support[at]propertyinvestmentblueprint.com. Your property website that is included with your subscription includes hosting and a free domain name and as such, your website will only remain available for as long as you keep up your subscription.

LIMITATION ON PROPERTYINVESTMENTBLUEPRINT.co.uk LIABILITY

Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk’s and its owners’ liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk from Subscriber. Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk nor its owners will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material or websites provided by Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk. Without limitation, Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a subscriber’s inability to use or any delay in accessing the Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk website or any other source of material provided by Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk; (3) any absence of material on the Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk website or on any website provided; (4) Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk’s failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or (5) any kind of error in transmission of material; or (6) the use by a subscriber of any research to invest in any way which may be deemed unsuitable in accordance with certain industry standards (7) any advice taken from any third party individual in our forums, private groups or website comments. Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk and Subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk and Subscriber. “No-risk” and “risk-free” refer solely to the subscription price refund policy.

ANY AND ALL MATERIAL OR WEBSITES PROVIDED BY Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT

Not withstanding any other agreement or other communications between Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk and Subscriber to the contrary, receipt or use of any material provided by Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk, at any time and through any means, whether directly or indirectly, represents acknowledgement by such person of this disclaimer and agreement with its terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Propertyinvestmentblueprint.co.uk Products carry a standing Thirty (30) Day refund period from the date of purchase. Simply email support[at]propertyinvestmentblueprint.com to refund (or cancel a subscription) or if you have any questions regarding these policies. 

CANCELATION POLICY

Any of our subscription products may be canceled at any time. Simply email support[at]propertyinvestmentblueprint.com at least 1 business day before your membership renewal date and your membership will be canceled and you won’t be billed again.
